Group Therapy
Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy in which one or two therapists work with a number of clients simultaneously. It can be used to address many different types of issues, such as emotional trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and many others.
Group therapy can be a very effective approach for relieving distress by discussing and expressing feelings. It can help to change attitudes, behaviours, and habits that may be unhelpful, and it can be a useful way to teach more constructive and adaptive ways of coping.
Corporate and Professional Wellness Seminars
We design corporate and workplace seminars to meet the needs of professionals in their workplace. In addition to providing the skills for leadership to support staff, these courses help build skills for staff who support clients, patients, and consumers. Some of the topics we address are stress management and burnout, building resilience, effective communication, mindfulness, and coping with difficult situations.
Clinical Supervision of other Service Providers
Clinical supervision supports mental health professionals by offering oversight and support from an experienced provider. Tina Fallis is trained to provide clinical supervision for both practicing students and therapists.
